Strive To Be Better
Never Stop LearningWML is a service disabled veteran-owned small business full-service class A contractor. We combine our passion for dirt, heavy equipment and trucks with a healthy application of technology. We pride ourselves on safe, ethical and efficient business practices and differentiate ourselves through open communication, customer care and the highest quality workmanship.
WML is named for our founder’s grandfather, a police officer, a volunteer fire chief, businessman and father of four. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to serving the community live on in our mission and has shaped how we interact with our customers, partners and neighbors.
Our company logo design was driven by Corey’s service in the United States Air Force. The logo pays homage in shape and design to many squadron patches that are used throughout the Air Force from the WWII era to present day operations.
Our Mission
Quality ∙ Communication ∙ ValueOur mission is to quickly, safely and responsibly complete our tasks – no matter the size or scope. We will recruit, train and develop employees to perform our services to the best of our ability and with the utmost safety. We strive to complete every project on time and within budget, and use open communication to foster our relationships.
At WML, we take our role on the frontline of environmental work seriously. We are committed to providing environmental care in our work and adhering to all OSHA standards and EPA regulations in our industry, while meeting the demands for development and land renewal.
Our Vision
As a veteran and the son and grandson of business owners, our founder learned at an early age that hard work and passion can change a vision to an execution. We operate WML as a company of owners. Every team member of WML takes ownership of their work, investing the skill, time and resources it takes to do the job right.
Quality of Our Services
In order to build a company that can stay in the family for generations to come, we hold ourselves to high standards. Construction may be a rough and tough industry but we never forget that our work is often the beginning of something new or the end of something that was once valuable. We approach every job with a mindset of quality and are proud to have positive testimonials follow our work, around the corner or around the world.
